I mean skin IS your body’s largest organ. 💁🏻‍♀️ But really, this applies to health both within and without.

Growing up, I loved soda, sugary cereals, and all the snacks. 🍩 I also thought exercise was a form of torture. But over time, you feel those choices — from bad sleep to bad joints.

And I’m literally looking at my bedside candy stash right now 🍭👹, so trust I’m no health guru. But I am thinking more about the habits I want to model for August. 💭
